Restaurant.
Here at The Space, we’re passionate about serving delicious food that doesn’t negatively impact the environment, or your body. Our seasonal menus feature local, ethically-sourced organic produce as well as a selection of fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in our garden onsite. From woodfired pizzas to fusion food, all of our dishes are inspired by travels around the world whilst still staying true to authentic Nicaraguan flavors and ingredients. Small menu, big taste!
Bar.
The centrepiece of our expansive rancho, the four-sided bar brings everyone together. Placed in the middle of two jungle infinity pools, the designer bar boasts delicious craft beer brewed onsite, super fresh farm-to-table cocktails or smoothies and a full range of spirits and mixers. Good music and good vibes guaranteed.
Rancho.
Effortlessly blending the lines between interior and exterior, our oversized rancho houses the bar, restaurant and communal spaces. Made by traditional Nicaraguan methods, the rancho features an open, flowing space that takes full advantage of San Juan’s incredible climate. Explore different areas to eat and work, or make new friends over a game of pool or a good conversation. Whatever you’re looking for, you’ll find it here.
Pools.
Wrapping around the bar and rancho, blurring the distinction between hostel and jungle, our two infinity pools offer refreshing respite from the tropical heat with a portion of each pool expertly shaded by the rancho above. Designed for maximum socialising, both pools feature benches running along each side so that you can have a seat and chat with new friends without ever leaving the pool. Did we mention that each pool has a swim up bar? That too.

Spiritual or not, witnessing the endless molten lava gurgling just below the earth’s surface will leave you with a sense of awe few other things can. We recommend the night trips for maximum ‘whoa’ effect.
